Enjoy this town house with family or friends in the heart of the historic centre of Rodez. A parking space is available on the ground floor of the house (under a porch). Located in the heart of the town in a narrow street, this parking space requires some manoeuvring.
You'll be able to discover the Aveyron region while enjoying all the amenities and cultural, tourist and sporting activities of Rodez.
(Soulages-Denys Puech and Fenaille museums, cinema, theatres, Paul Lignon stadium).

With a surface area of 59 m2, it comprises:
1st floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, veranda
2nd floor: hallway, WC, bedroom 1, shower room, bedroom 2 (passage to attic with curtain for privacy)
Attic: bedroom 3, shower room, WC
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen, with table and chairs, is warm and friendly. Opening onto the living room, it is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, hob, coffee maker and all the accessories you need to prepare delicious meals.
All 1st necessity products are available for cooking. Coffee capsules and tea are also available to welcome you.
A wifi connection allows you to work if you wish.
